General Provisions Please notify me immediately with any changes in the above schedule. $200 - 400 deposit required at contract signing No part of this order will be delivered until the balance is paid in full. The photographer reserves the right to use negatives and/or reproduction for purposes of display, exhibition, contest and other purposes.  The negatives remain the property of the photographer and he has exclusive right to make additional reproductions from them for the client unless the high resolution CD is purchased. The deposit is non-refundable. The photographer exercises great care with respect to the exposure, development and delivery of photographs. However, in the event the photographer fails to comply with the terms of the contract due to any event or act outside of his control, the photographers' liability is limited to a refund of the money paid. The balance is due the week of the event. If a reprint order is not placed within 90 days after receipt proofs, prices are subject to change.
